sell it, that might be seen for the last time in my life, how
can I prove if someone else infringes my Artwork ?

who is going to publish an article, whether it be in a scholar journal,
the trade press or elsewhere, would be wise to consider such
publication enough protection ?
The
U.S. Law automatically guarantees for
a creator, author, painter, sculptor, etc.
the protection of his copyright to all work that is created and
made
in material form, but always need a proof of creation,
registration or
publication.
The
registration of work of art is a strong proof in any future dispute, it's
a credible
form of evidence and proof of a creation, gives the artist the
ability to prove his ownership and exclude others from
lawfully copying his claimed work.
Obtaining
a registration is very valuable, many artists, art galleries
and insurance companies recommend such registration also recommend to
place the certificate
on the back of the artwork as a proof.
The
Artwork Registry registration is granted simply & inexpensively
through our database filing system, is the most credible
form of evidence includes
certificate of authenticity consists serial
number, photography and full specifications of the artwork.
The
cost
of a registration is $35 includes certificates of authenticity and $5 for
a Limited edition.
Objects
eligible for registration are: Painting,
Drawing, Lithograph, Giclee, Serigraph, Etching, Poster,
drawing, Photograph, Visual Art, Graphic, Sculpture, Limited
Edition, Furniture design and Others.
This
registration does not diminish the value of the conventional witnessed
and notarized records as evidence of conception of a creation of
Artwork, but it should provide a more credible form of evidence.
